Before getting into details of this particular topic (PayPal approval trick) , i would like to say you guys to, only 'Try this in case, when you are hopeless by any other means of verification process/methods' & don't use this trick/process if you are in any PayPal-accepted country.
You should also don't use this , if you are planning to process some big transactions Or going to apply for Business Plan. ONLY USE THIS TRICK , FOR 'PERSONAL ACCOUNTS' & accounts with Small monthly Transactions. so, you will not be noticed by PayPal closely ;)
Although I've also verified my personal account by this process & i'm regularly withdrawing my money from last 2 months.
PayPal have a very strong verification process so, i'll also suggest you to carefully do this, as i'm going to mention the steps below.
There are three main steps involved in this trick / verification process.
STEP # 1: Signup for PayPal with a U.S. address
STEP # 2: Signup for Payoneer Master Card. Verify Account with your National I.D. Documents
STEP # 3: Apply for U.S. Payment service. wait for your U.S. bank account details.
