How to Verify / Withdraw Paypal in Paypal Rejected / Blocked Countries (Part-2)

Hi Everyone !

Now in this part (of PayPal verification trick) , we will guide you through step by step process To achieve the goal successfully.

STEP # 1

• Goto USGoBuy , to have a U.S. address for FREE 

When you done with Registration at above website, Then Login to your account. You will find Your U.S. Address & a virtual Phone no. As well, As you can see in the Screen Shot below.

•    Now Signup for a Fresh U.S.  PayPal account here. Signup for 'Personal Account' (Recommended)

•    Verify Email address & fill up account details. Good going :)

STEP # 2

•  Goto Payoneer to signup For MASTER-Debit Card & U.S. Payment Service For FREE.. :)  There You will also get a signup bonus of  $25  when you reach $100 Transactions through Payoneer Account.

Get free Master card

• Complete the registration Process & verify your Email Address as well.

• Apply for 'Debit Card' For Free, With Your Country Of Residence & Current Address. etc.. 

Note:  You must fill up Correct Details.

There is nothing to afraid of, Because Payoneer  have no obligation with your Country of residence. They allow all (world wide users). Carefully fill up your home address & Shipping Address & other details etc..

• Now wait for 1 or 2 days , for their verification Department Email. In this Email they will ask for Your National Identification Card / Driving license,  SCANNED Copy as PROOF..

• You can attach a copy of any of these Documents. i.e. National I.D. Card, Driving License etc..

The Important thing is, that you should provide them , a proof , which is written in 'English' (Recommended).. But, if you haven't such, then Attach a proof of document & then Explain the written Details in ENGLISH. i.e. 

1. YOUR NAME
2. I.D. no
3. ADDRESS
4. Mark of Identification
5. Expire date etc...

 as written on your I.D. Card  

• Wait for 1 or 2 days for their reply. if the proof is accepted , then Go For step#3.

STEP # 3

•  Now, After completing STEP#1 & STEP#2 , 'APPLY for U.S. Payment Service' from your account.

• They will ask for reason, that why do you need U.S. Payment service. Provide a strong reason for that.

i.e. You can mention that, you are doing online jobs OR freelance work OR business online, and your payments are processed through PayPal. so, a U.S. payment service in needed there for withdrawing payments from paypal to payoneer through U.S Payment Service . . . and, provide them a link of your Profile on any of your Freelance work portfolio (if you have any) Or your business website profile where your transactions / Products can be seen by Payoneer verification Team member. etc...

( In my case, I provided my Profile link, from a Freelance Website. PPH  ) You can signup there as well, for free..

• Wait for 1 or 2 days for approval. There you go :)

Now, Goto PayPal & SignIn !

• In your PayPal Account dashboard , their You will find 'Add Bank Account' on RIGHT Sidebar.. 
• Click ADD BANK account & Fill up with details , that you got in U.S. Payment Service by Payoneer.
  

  

  
  

  
• Exactly Following the above mentioned Process, you will find your U.S. Payment details for your account / payments. 
• Wait for 2, 3 business days to complete the PayPal verification process they will SEND You , Some Ammount in your Payoneer account by U.S. Payment service.
• You can find those deposited ammounts in TRANSACTION History page of your account.
• Verify Those Amounts & There You go :)
